I'm hoping to raise funds for the ME Association this ME awareness week as they have been very helpful to me since I got ill and I want them to be able to keep helping more people like me.

As my illness makes it impossible for me to do anything energetic such as running a marathon, I'm going to dye my hair blue (and embarrass my mother) because blue is the official colour of ME. I'll be doing it at home over the space of a week or so as it will probably make me as tired as if I had run a marathon! But it should be fun! And if it's a complete disaster I'll simply be asking you to sponsor me to shave my head!
