THE BIG JUMP for NCH · 25 August 2007 ·
On the 25th of August 2007 I will be attempting a tandem skydive for NCH, the children's charity.
As the sun rises over Nottingham, I will be hurling myself out of an airplane at 13,000 feet. Travelling towards earth at over 180 miles per hour, the adrenalin will pump and the screams will be heard in Willersley Castle in Cromford!
At 3,000 feet the chutes will open and then all will be silent ........... it is said to be the most incredible feeling of peace and you drift gently and safely down to the landing site.
Definately a rush of a lifetime and not to be missed.
Please sponsor me and help me to make a difference to the lives of some very special children, young people and their families in the Nottingham and Derbyshire area.
There are a few places available at this event by contacting Marie Brown, Regional Fundraising Manager at NCH, the children's charity on 01773 541525.
Help us to make our vision a reality:
Our vision is of a world where all children and young people have a sense of belonging, and are loved and valued. A world where they can fulfil their potential, shape their destiny and experience the joy of life.
