We are dedicated to life-changing care at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. King’s provides specialist and local health services to over one million people in South-East London and Kent, as well as critical care. Our work makes innovation, as well as world class treatment, possible.

Story

Many people will be aware of our story, without the efforts of the NHS and King's in particular it is unlikely that my wife Jan would be with us today. Following an emergency liver transplant and 5 weeks in ITU, Jan has made a fantastic recovery which may not have been possible a few years ago. Extra funding will greatly help research and the provision of equipment. It will also ensure the incredible improvements in techniques and survival rates. Yes, it should be centrally funded. It is, but extra targeted funding can only help further. Please consider a donation and please also share to raise organ donation awareness.
