Hey all,

This July, myself and the lovely Oliver Blanchard will be 'competing' in a triathlon (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run), and we think it's a just splendid opportunity to raise some money for a great cause: Help for Heroes. And if you don't want to donate to charity because you're all things evil, do it anyway. It's got to be worth at least a few quid to see us modelling our matching hot pink lycra (update: boring standard lycra). 

Any donation is massively appreciated, big or small. Remember, if you tell just one person, and if that person tells just one other person, eventually David Cameron will hear about it and we'll all probably get another national holiday.
