From July 1st to July 24th 2022 I will be cycling 300 miles for St Michaels Hospice  (Hereford) in memory of my friend David Benest. David was a former Commanding Officer of 2Para and Falklands War veteran who died suddenly aged just 66. At our last meeting, we talked about his local charity work in Wiltshire and about my own efforts for St Michaels. So, this effort is in David's memory. St Michaels Hospice (Hereford) provides wonderfully peaceful end-of-life care to people from all walks of life and is entirely dependent on private funding. The Hospice took a huge financial hit in Lockdown and is still recovering. Please help. No amount is too little.
