GE Aviation Welsh3peaks Challenge 2019 · 15 June 2019 ·

Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support. Alone. Afraid. Isolated. Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.

On 15th June 2019 'Team Hexion Cymru Elite' will take part in the GE Aviation Wales Welsh3peaks Challenge to raise funds for Ty Hafan.

Ty Hafan - the hospice for children in Wales, is one of the UK's leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families throughout Wales. The charity offers comfort, care and support to life limited children (a child not expected to live beyond 18 years of age), young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.

This incredible charity provides expert comfort and support to families in their darkest hours and beyond.

Each member of 'Team Hexion Cymru Elite' feels passionate about this charity and the much needed support they provide to families throughout Wales.

Starting at 4 a.m. on 15th June 2019, 'Team Hexion Cymru Elite' will climb Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-y-Fan, the three highest mountains in North, Mid and South Wales within a 15 hour time period to raise funds to help this charity continue with their incredible work. For further information please visit www.tyhafan.org.
