Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to leap out of a plane strapped to a man (who hopefully knows what he is doing) in an effort to raise as much money as I can for Whirlow Hall Farm Trust. For those of you who know me well; you will know that I am passionate about making a difference for  children with Special Needs.

Having worked in schools for a number of years I know that  one of the regular destinations for children is always Whirlow Hall Farm. We should be mindful that not all children have the opportunity to go out for the day or go on holiday; something that many of us take for granted. The farm gives children a fantastic opportunity to get close to the animals and learn how food is grown in peaceful and beautiful surroundings on the doorstep of Sheffield. Fundraising keeps the farm going and allows them to develop facilities. It also allow them to keep the costs low so that schools can continue to take children to the farm to enhance their learning experiences.

Children with a wide range of needs are catered for by staff who have seen dramatic changes take place in children who struggle to communicate or find the world in which we live confusing and frightening. I am so proud and thankful that places like this exist to serve the community and care for the young and vulnerable.

I do hope that you will sponsor me in my effort to raise money for his worthwhile cause. I am absolutely terrified  but determined to do it and make a little difference. Thank you.
