Last year I raised £700 attempting the 2Swim4Life swim (a mile on the hour every hour for 24 hours).  In the end I managed it in two swims, and I'll be trying again in 2019.  I was REALY lucky to get a place on this beautiful Brownsea Island swim this year, and I think they can really only get to put on such an event in such a special natural place because it raises money for good causes. So I want to see if I can nudge my total for place2be up towards the thousand pound mark. 

Place2be offer counselling and work on mental health in schools. From personal and professional experience I know how important this is. Please donate a small amount if you can - even if you know how much I love swimming so you know I'll do the swim anyway, let's support the work of those people like the swim organisers, who volunteer just because they want to make the world a little bit better.  The swim is on 4th September, and I'd like to tell them my expected total on the day, so please get in and donate early!
