UPDATE:-  X Factor dentists 2010. Jeremy whilst at the secret X Factor house got all the finalists to sign a board. Everybody who donates at least £1.00  will be entered into a prize draw for this framed board!

On January 7th 2011 Matthew, James, Linda and Jeremy will be running the Disney World 5K

On January 8th 2011 Linda and Jeremy will run the Disney World Half Marathon!

On January 9th 2011 Jeremy will run the Disney World Marathon!

Back in January we made a New Years resolution to get fitter and lose weight. When we first set out a mile was an impossible distance to run. As we write this we have lost over 6 stone between us and training hard.

The challenge in January is probably the biggest thing we have ever attempted, so we thought we would also like to help a charity along the way. Matthew's very best friend suffers from Cystic Fibrosis as does someone in his school year.

Cysitic Fibrosis is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease and hopefully our running with help in some small way to finding a cure.

Jeremy has recently completed a half marathon in just over 2 hours and Linda a 10k in just over an hour.

24/10/10 - Linda run her first 13.1 miles in 2 hr 36 min!
