In August 2017 our son Shayen was born sleeping at Hillingdon Hospital.  

After experiencing this tragic loss, we are kicking off a fundraising effort to help Hillingdon Hospital improve the care given to bereaved parents, by building a bereavement suite. This will allow parents and families of lost babies the dignity, respect and time they deserve at such an emotional and tragic time, in a warm and thoughtful environment with the best care possible.

15 babies die before, during or shortly after birth every day in the UK. The trauma that the parents of these babies go through is gut wrenching. We’d like to do our bit to help make such a traumatic time a bit more bearable.

This is a huge project and this page has been set up to cover a variety of events and efforts.
