Your support will help us continue to provide specialist palliative care and support to patients and their families living with cancer and other life limiting conditions in Cardiff.

For this challenge, participants are taking on their own challenges
to try to raise at least £150 – roughly the cost of one day of nursing at the hospice – each. 

I have set myself the challenge of running 100 miles each month across February & March as part of the 100 Heroes campaign - a significant increase on my usual running routes for a month!
