So here we go again!!

Fourth attempt at The New York City Marathon on November 3rd.

In the last few years everyone has been so generous in helping us to raise in excess of £15,000 for charity through this marathon.

Well its that time again and I say it every year but this might well be the last time so lets go out with a bloody big bang!!  

I really am very thankful to everyone who donates every year, I wouldnt have the motivation without your support.

Please dont put it off to another day and thanks again
