30 day activity challenge by holly · 25 January 2021

The last 6 months have seen a 400% increase in referrals to some of our services and reports of depression almost doubling based on last year. COVID-19 has led to the cancellation of our traditional fundraising events and we need your help urgently.

Story

So! In a nutshell, I need to get more active and MIND Mental Health charity are in need of funding more than ever right now.

I am taking part in a 30 day challenge, this challenge is all about getting active. I have challenged my self to 30 mins of exercise per day, for 30 days. I will be keeping you all up to date on my social media so you can see what I get up to, from walking to home boxing. Those who know me, will know sometimes working from home I can average about 200 steps in a day.. never mind 30 mins of exercise, this really is a challenge!

The reason I am doing this for MIND is because after working for charities previously, and now with the council I see their hard work day to day. I cant stress how important what they do is, the demand is huge particularly due to lockdown and if I can help in any small way, thats what I plan to do!

So please, please help me everyone. I need your donations to support this fabulous charity who are helping those around  us who are suffering with their mental health and I need it for a little bit of motivation!

£200 we can smash that right? Lets go, donate, donate, donate - no matter how much it is all extremely appreciated.
