As the East Midlands’ only hospice for children and young people, we brighten the short lives of babies, children and young people who come to Rainbows. We want them to have fun and make special memories. We are also here to support their loved ones through the most difficult times of their lives.

Story

9 members of staff from Horsendale Primary School are raising money for Rainbows Hospice which is a charity close to all our hearts. They help children live a lot of the short life they have and make every moment special. They provide care and support not only for the children but their families too - giving them memories to treasure.

Sadly, not all children live long enough but Rainbows makes the life they do live, a happy one.

We are raising money by putting  our fitness levels and team work to the test by entering the Nottingham Sprint Triathlon on 18th May 2019.  We are entering as part of the Flying High Trust, from which several schools are entering to support Rainbows Hospice.

One person on each team will either run 5k, bike 25k or swim 750m in open water!

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and for any donations you can make.
