We care for people at the end of their life to support them and their loved ones

Story

Last year on the 31st of August, we sadly lost our dear friend and colleague Captain Graham Snow who lost his battle to the dreadful disease- cancer. Graham was very loved and respected within the company by all of us and will be sorely missed. Even though Hovertravel are regarded as a small company, in a way we are nothing less but a large family unit, and we will always have a massive hole in our family and hearts.

During his time fighting cancer, Graham spent the last weeks of his life receiving the ultimate best care from The Earl Mountbatten Hospice on the Isle of Wight. Everybody who knew and loved Graham will be forever thankful to how brilliant the nurses in the hospice were to Graham and everyone affected through this most difficult time.

Because of the outstanding care and comforting qualities of The Earl Mountbatten Hospice, we have decided to bring together the biggest group of Hover Walkers yet. We aim to raise as much money and awareness as possible in thanks to the kind Nurses and everything the Hospice has done for Graham and his family.

At the moment we have a amazing number of 40 people who have joined our Hoverwalkers team which I believe is the biggest team at the moment.
