At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

Hello!

Thank you for visiting my donation page! As you may be aware I ran Cardiff Half Marathon for CLIC a few years ago, although I thought it was time to dust off the old trainers and do it again in Bristol. I am running it again for CLIC. Its an important and responsible charity helping people deal with an unfair and impossible situation. I have included a link to their website to show CLIC's work and why you would be doing the world and many children a life changing favour if you donate kindly.

As you may also be aware, one of my modest amount of talents is to run at a moderate pace comfortably. I did Cardiff Half in 1.43 and it was only that slow because I had to run alongside a friend who was still drunk from the night before. Therefore, I will really train for this and attempt to complete it in under 1 and a half hours (ie to reward your donations I will suffer!). As I said it is a worthwhile cause (not me suffering, but CLIC) and you can sleep soundly knowing you have done an amazing thing by donating.

Please be kind. Thank you.
