Thank you for visiting my donation page! As you may be aware I ran Cardiff Half Marathon for CLIC a few years ago, although I thought it was time to dust off the old trainers and do it again in Bristol. I am running it again for CLIC. Its an important and responsible charity helping people deal with an unfair and impossible situation. As you may also be aware, one of my modest amount of talents is to run at a moderate pace comfortably. I did Cardiff Half in 1.43 and it was only that slow because I had to run alongside a friend who was still drunk from the night before. Therefore, I will really train for this and attempt to complete it in under 1 and a half hours (ie to reward your donations I will suffer!). As I said it is a worthwhile cause (not me suffering, but CLIC) and you can sleep soundly knowing you have done an amazing thing by donating.
