Myself and a group of seven of my colleagues will be taking on the full 12 mile Tough Mudder course on the 28th July 2018.

The idea was to do something different and challenging and we have been training and improving our fitness for the past few months in preparation so we don't embarrass ourselves too much.

And why not do it for charity. Mud and  hard work is guaranteed and I hope a few donations can also be guaranteed.
