Severn Hospice provides specialist care and emotional support for families in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness. All our care is provided for free, but it is not without cost - we have to raise £2 for every £3 we spend. It's because you care that we can.

In an attempt to see Shropshire in the Guinness Book of Records and raise lots of money for Severn Hospice ,
'Revel In Dance' is hosting an event to  break the world record for the 'Largest Charleston Dance'! We aim to get 1000 people dancing a 6-minute cheeky Charleston routine on Shrewsbury Quarry on Saturday 22nd September . As well as a fundraising extravaganza , the record attempt brings an opportunity for people to be part of feel - good community event that encourages every one to 'find their dancing feet' for a good cause!
