Thanks for visiting the IDEALS Project!! Which sends UK students every year to work within deprived local communities in Zambia 's capital, Lusaka.

Whilst in Zambia we will be running activities in the form of coaching sessions as well workshops on HIV/AIDS awareness in conjunction with local peer leaders.

This Project has had resounding success in boosting the promotion of sport and building confidence in young people since its inception 6 years ago.

To carry on this legacy we need your help, we have a large target to meet but a worthy cause to match. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
