Story

This year I will be raising money for Community Action Nepal. www.canepal.org.uk

I will be doing The Crossing a 3 day 198 mile MTB Crossing of England from Whitehaven to Scarborough.

Man vs Lake a 26.2 mile trail run from Slilverdale across Morecambe Bay up to Windermere.

Man vs Mountain a 23 mile trail run from Caernarfon to Llanberis including the summit of Snowden.
