As you may have gathered by now I have decided to participate in the next UWCB event in Colchester. There are a number of reasons that i chose this route for a fund raising challenge.  Having never boxed nor considered it, to achieve a reasonable fitness level was a challenge to myself. The fact that i am going into the ring has created debate amongst my friends and colleagues, which means that Cancer Research  also gets talked about - and that is the most important benefit.

I will be trying to do some sort of training every day in the lead up to the actual event, which will take place on 5^th June at Liquid nightclub, and the support i have had to date has helped beyond words.
