Hi Since being diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and seeing the impact it has had on my body and life, I’d like to try and raise money plus awareness to help other suffering with this illness. The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is here to support all those living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) to allow them to live their lives to the full. Please Visit their website at www.nras.org.ukNRAS is changing minds, changing services, changing lives for people with RA and JIA
Every penny counts no matter how little.
I plan to train hard in the 21 week build up to the event. On event day I’m going to try and run 100 miles in the 24hrs, so please donate for my brave effort. The course is 10km long so I’m going to try and complete 16 laps. In 2019 I took part in the same event, raised money for the same charity and aimed to complete 10 laps so 100km ( 62.5 miles) which I achieved. So this year I plan to push even harder if I can.
So remember every penny counts even as little 50p a lap.
