We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

So, two years on, I'm getting back in the saddle and cycling from Barnsley FC to Amsterdam (Ajax) as part of the PCUK Football to Amsterdam challenge.

Why ...? Well, my dad died from prostate cancer three years ago, and my granddad also died from the disease. My dad would have been 80 this year - just a few days before this challenge takes place, so it seemed like a good idea to commemorate this by putting myself through two days on torture on a bike and raise a bit of cash and awareness for worthy cause!

It would be great if you could help me with my fundraising - but at the very least if you are a man in his 40'/50's, keep a check on your prostate health and get yourself regularly checked. I get checked every year and it's via a PSA blood test (not a roaming finger!), takes seconds for peace of mind!
