Normally, people don't just wake up and decide that sticking crossbow bolts in your throat and walking on burning coals would be good ideas. But it's surprising what you'll do for a good cause. The Hospice has played a bigger part in our lives than we'd like, but we're thankful for the amazing work they've done, looking after my (and John's) uncle Keith, dad and more recently, Sue Jones - a close friend of the three of us doing the firewalk and mother of Ant, who's having to sit this one out for his own health. The difference the Hospice makes to families like ours is immeasurable. But we figured that we could give a little back now the World has opened up again. If you're able to give anything, know that we appreciate every penny. If not, then please keep your fingers crossed we come away with no new holes in our necks and two good feet each.
