Well I completed the race last Sunday 9th July 20 it was exciting challenging, demanding physically and mentally - but a fantastic feeling beating the cut of times and crossing that line having done it.

I want to thank you all for taking the time to sponsor a great charity raising money fighting cancer,  and those personal words of encouragement to get me through the training and the race day.
