We've both experienced the effects of cancer on our friends and family and are taking the opportunity to do our bit and fundraise for Cancer Research UK by participating in the London Winter Run on 5th February.

There will be lots of wet and chilly evenings spent training over the next month in the final count down to the big day so please everyone dig deep to donate to this important organisation and show us your support!
