On May the 1st this year I will be taking part in Tough Mudder 2016, 10 miles of military endurance course raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Action.

I am running Tough Mudder 2016 in memory of my grandad, John Earl who lost his fight to Pancreatic Cancer just minutes into the new year. He was an inspirational man, achieving so much in his 80 years; from travelling the world and living abroad for many years to governing a local school and giving his time up to help and support communities in Africa with his church.

He was such a caring man who touched all walks of life and although he is not with us anymore, his legacy will live on. 

Here's too the dog walker, the father, the golfer, the engineer, the traveller, the inspiration and the angel that made my grandad!
