Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

Story

The Irvinestown Truck Festival is now in its 14th year, and continues to raise vital funds for local Marie Curie Nurses. Many drivers come along to the weekend event and take part in  all the fun and craic on offer. Following the popular drivers dance on Saturday night, the event comes to its climax on Sunday lunch time, when all trucks are polished and ready for the 60 mile round trip, around the beautiful lakes of Fermanagh.

If you cannot make the event, we would still appreciate your support. All donations go directly to Marie Curie and pay for the palliative nursing care provided to terminally ill people in their own homes here in Northern Ireland, affording them the opportunity to die with dignity in their place of choice.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
