This charity is very close to my heart as my 14 year old brother, Harley, has suffered with this his whole life. He is currently on the kidney transplant list as this condition is affecting him badly. This condition is incurable and takes a lot of research which is not governmentally funded. The research team in the UK relies on donations from kind people like yourself to hopefully one day find a cure! It is a very intense condition to live with and consists of numerous tablets throughout the day and countless hospital trips. 

Harley is a very heart warming kid who loves to have fun and make people smile, despite what he goes through on a daily basis he never lets it get him down! He is kind and loving!

We are not asking for a lot but every little helps in order to help beat this condition! Thank you.
