I have decided to set myself a personal challenge of a tandem skydive. This has been something that I have wanted to do for a very long time, and at the same time I've committed to raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). 

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of an undiagnosed cardiac condition. 

CRY are a charity who provide free ECG scans for people aged 14-35, to uncover undiagnosed cardiac conditions and can be life saving. I was very lucky this year to be able to benefit from this service. 

With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. 

I am supporting CRY in memory of India Hedley, who very sadly passed away a few days after her 13th birthday. 🌻
