On the 12th of March 2023, University of Leeds student Issy Ineson passed away unexpectedly, aged 23 years. 

Issy was a beloved, prominent member of both Open Theatre and Theatre Group.
Her credits with the societies included:
Acting in 'One Man, Two Guvnors' and 'Grandma's Garden'
Assistant Producer for 'Aqua Tofana'
Shadow Producer for 'Rules for Living'.

Not only was Issy a dedicated, passionate and devoted theatre maker, she emanated positivity and joy; it was rare to see her without a smile. 
She had time for everyone and was adored by all who worked with her during her time in our societies. 

As part of the OTxTG Fringe, we are paying tribute to Issy's contribution to both Open Theatre & Theatre Group, and honouring the friendships and memories we experienced with her. 

Anyone who knew Issy, would know how selfless she was and how much she thought of others. For that reason we are also paying tribute by collecting donations for St George's Crypt; a charity close to Issy's heart.

Issy is deeply missed by us all. 
We will forever cherish the time we had with her and the memories we shared.
