Story

Hi All,

As many of you may be aware I’m a little bit of a mud fanatic so this isn’t a new thing for me, it is however by far the furthest and longest mud run I will have ever attempted.

Mud runs for info are 100% not “accurate” on actual course distances, as such a 15k run can quickly become a 18-20k and this run will incorporate over the course of a weekend in June 2017 the below

Saturday 5km run

(This year’s run was estimated by different runners GPS’s at 9k)

Saturday 10km run

(This year’s run was estimated by different runners GPS’s at 18k)

Sunday 10mile/15km run

(This year’s run was estimated by different runners GPS’s at 13mile/21km)

To complete you have to do ALL the runs.

So in total I fully expect to travel nearly 30miles (48km) over the course of the weekend ploughing through what I hope is mud and water in any weather condition that is thrown at me. I will be kicking myself every step of the way as right now I am doing this entirely solo
