Hungry Hungry Hippo, you ask? Most of us remember this game from our childhood. Yet it carries a more important meaning in today’s environment. Food insecurity has risen to an alarming rate and pushes national, state, and local resources to meet the challenge. What better way to combine fun with purpose: design a replica of a Hungry Hungry Hippo. Our purpose? #CrunchAwayHungerOneCanAtATime. Our green hippo, aptly named Homer, has captured the red marble, so he has won the game. What does that mean to North Dallas? We can provide food for children, seniors, and families across the area, thanks to the partnership with the North Texas Food Bank. We are the JE Dunn Construction Design-Build Team and we are proud to be cheering on Homer!
