In loving memory of John Henry Fenn

John Fenn finally passed away on 14th November 2016 in the loving company of his wife, Leslie, son, Matthew and daughter, Alison.
Since his diagnosis of vascular dementia in 2007, John made the very most of the rest of his remaining decade of life thanks to the wonderful support provided by Leslie.
Over the years, as his condition progressed, Leslie and John were regularly visited by Celia Stamper, their local Admiral Nurse. When John's condition suddenly deteriorated at the beginning of 2012, Celia helped Leslie obtain the equipment to enable John to be cared for at home rather than in residential care. Celia felt like a real friend of the family at this time.
Celia and other Admiral Nurses work tirelessly to support Family Carers who look after their loved ones with dementia. Sadly, there are still too few Admiral Nurses across the country to cope with all of the families who could benefit from this support.
Thank you for making a donation to a cause that Leslie and John really valued and that they would like to see benefit more people in future.
