In honour of the overwhelming care and support that was received by both Jim, and myself over recent months, I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards St David's Hospice, especially their care teams.  

Without the work they provide, Jim wouldn't have been able to spend his last days at home as he wished, even down to allowing Gwen (pictured above) to stay with him while they did "awkward things" such as change the bed.

I can't begin to thank them enough for caring for us all in the way that they did and in light of this, I am requesting that anyone that would like to make donations in Jim's memory, do so here in support of the wonderful care that they provided.

There will be a private family funeral at home on Saturday 1st August.

A remembrance service will take place at Leebotwood Church at a later date when all those that loved and cared for Jim can safely meet up.
