I am thrilled to be able to run the 2018 London Marathon on
behalf of Mind – The Mental Health Charity. This is a cause that I strongly believe in supporting and am really proud to spread awareness for. They have helped me in my own personal battle with my mental health and gave me strength to make a change in my life and open up to others from a desperate place. It is not easy to open up to others about your mental health and I feel passionate about spreading awareness to encourage others to speak out and seek help.

I have always been a keen runner and have gained great strength through running off the difficult events in my life and vow to put in
the miles before the big day!

Please donate to this great cause if it means something to
you and you feel strongly about supporting the work Mind does. I will do my best to make you proud on the day by putting in the miles training and spreading awareness of the support Mind can offer.
