In October 2023 I will be competing in the HYROX Men's Dublin event for Macmillan Cancer Support. If you don't know what Hyrox is, look it up, but trust me, it is brutal!

I will continue to train tirelessly and give it my best shot. I need to raise no less than £400 so would appreciate any donation you can give. I am incredibly grateful for any help to raise money for such a good cause. I have had family and close friends who have needed the support of Macmillan over the years, and it's honestly so incredible what they do supporting those with cancer and their families too.
