My Nan, Susan Bowen, unfortunately passed away on September 02, 2022 due to heart failure. She had heart valve replacement surgery for 6 years ago, and unfortunately 6 years later it failed where she sadly died in hospital a few months ago. 

I want to raise money in my Nan's name to be able to provide others with the opportunity that my Nan got, of being able to have life saving surgery to spend more years with their loved ones in this life.

I am certainly not the fittest, nor am I the best at running, however I will do absolutely everything that is necessary to make sure that I finish the marathon in April in memory of my Nan.
