Welcome to my JustGiving fundraising page! My name is Jack Orlowski and at only 6 years old I’m searching for people just like you to take the time to read my story and support my goal of fundraising for service dogs through Little Angels Service Dogs. 

    Since the day I was born I have fought to be here. Through many illnesses, obstacles, & diagnoses I am here smiling everyday. Some days I struggle though due to a cold, seizures, tiredness, communication barriers, anxiety, the list goes on. Not only am I severely autistic, but I also struggle with a rare form of Epilepsy, respiratory failure, a rare genetic disorder (Coffin Siris Syndrome) as well as Cerebral Visual Impairment. These complex medical diagnosis’s combined take a toll and the benefits of a service animal for people with disabilities, such as myself, is substantial. Receiving a service dog would allow me to explore my environment more without anxiety holding me back. I could get a restful night's sleep and possibly limit the seizures I have. It would be a constant therapeutic benefit to receive a service dog. 

    My family is ecstatic because we are now at the fundraising stage! We are asking for your help to donate to Little Angels Service Dogs so they’re able to continue to train dogs to help myself and others like me! The average cost for a service dog is $38,000 to raise, train, and place. So you see, any donation, no matter how small, will  greatly help me and others like me the opportunity of a lifetime
