Early Break’s aim is to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of young people in the Bury area. Early Break’s primary role is education, prevention, counceling support and treatment services for young people (who use drugs and alcohol) and their families.  Early Break have expanded their work, to support CAMHS/Healthy Young Minds to provide mindfulness and emotional support to young people who are struggling with emotional and mental health concerns. They run the following two websites alongside their own to provide online support.
