Jackie was lucky enough to be accomodated by Thames Hospice in the last two weeks of her life. We will always remember the special care that they gave her during this time, especially the efforts they made to facilitate a trip home for her so that we could all celebrate an early christmas together. We always felt reassured that Jackie was in the best care at the Hospice. We knew how comfortable she felt there because she would even refer to it as home. We are all so grateful for everything that they did for her and us during this time. 

It was Jackie's wish that we raised money for Thames Hospice on her behalf. She wanted others to be able to receive the same fanatastic care that she did. Thank you.
