He's shaving his beard on Valentine's Day as it makes him look even more ugly, if that's possible! If he raises £200, he'll shave the beard, if he gets £300, he'll shave beard and head, if he gets £500, he'll shave his beard & hair and wax his poor legs (ouch!).
