After taking a year out of running (!) and restarting this year I have chosen St. Michael's Hospice to raise money for.

Inspired by the sad news of one of my friends growing up, posting her memories on Facebook, seeing her dad need the help and care of St Michael's, I decided I would try and help by raising some money for them.

I am hoping to do a few events this year but already signed up for are Hastings Half Marathon, London Marathon and Man vs Coast - a 22 mile race around Cornwall!
