Story

Thanks for visiting the JustGiving page of Jacs' Dream Team.

In February this year, we decided to form a run crew to take on the Nike Women's 10km race in Victoria Park. For a lot of us, even signing up for the event was a tiring task - let alone the thought of running a proper 10km race.

However - before we'd even drawn up our training plans for the countdown to June, our Gorgeous crew member, Jaclyn Lauder, had some devastating news which meant she had to withdraw from the race.

After successfully battling cancer last year at the age of 26, she was told by the doctors that it had returned. And this time she needed a life-saving transplant to beat the terrible disease again.

Based on this, we have decided to run for Jacs - and help raise money and awareness for the incredible charity, Anthony Nolan, thats supporting her through this extremely tough time.

Anthony Nolan match incredible individuals willing to donate their blood stem cells or bone marrow to people who desperately need life-saving transplants.

We'd like to raise as much money as possible to support the work of Anthony Nolan, so please dig deep and donate.

Thanks very much,

Christie, Hannah, Katie, Leila, Millie, Nikki, Sarah, Saran & Becki xxx
