To any one who isn't aware, we recently lost my baby niece at just a few weeks old. 

My sister was given a memory box which contained some things that could never have been so important at that time. (The details can be found at the 4 Louis page)

4 Louis donate these boxes to hospitals however as they are a charity they need help to provide these for any one who loses a child. 

Unfortunately this is not the first baby we have lost in my family and I wish my other sister had been given this special memory box to help her in this time. 

As my friends will confirm, I am not a big fan of exercise, but to raise money for this amazing charity I will be doing Wild Warrior 22.09.18. This is a 10k run with over 60 obstacles. 

I am also luckily enough to have amazing people in my life who are going to support me, Brett, Amanda and March have volunteered to also do this challenge :-)

I have currently done 3 days exercise and its already painful. I will give you updates as I am going.
