You've probably heard the usual stat that every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue of any level of severity, sometimes completely debilitating someone or just making life harder than it probably needs to be. YoungMinds are a charity that support young people 14-25 trying to live through these, and stabilise those that have been through it with advice, helplines among a tonne of other helpful stuff which can mean the world to someone in a situation where they can't process those around them, or feel lonely for any other reason – especially during ages of acclimatisation and massive change that goes with this period.
This whole cause and awareness has been mad important to me over the last year so would appreciate it if you could chuck some money (no matter how much or little) in as sort of a bday present or whatever, or if you can't afford to, or disagree with the charity of choice even just sharing it to get the awareness out there would also be class 
The donation's going to be done through JustGiving instead of the Facebook thing because it doesn't want to recognise it as a charity for some reason idk
