Story

Asalamu alaikum and Hello

The conflict in Syria has seen millions of people displaced inside Syria and countries such as Lebanon and Turkey. The conflict started over 7 years ago and there seems to be no end to it. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have been killed in Syria and a lot of people have moved to the Lebanese border into refugee camps.

Currently there are approximately in excess of 1 million Syrian refugees in Lebanon living in makeshift camps in rural areas.

A lot of the refugees have been displaced due to the civil war in Syria. A lot have either lost one or both parents, sons and/or daughters or other family members. A lot also have injuries consistent with living in a warring country.

Insha Allah I will be travelling to Lebanon with Muslim Charity on 6 February 2019 to provide aid and support to the Syrian refugees in Lebanon. I will be self funding the cost of my trip.

Your donations will go a long way to improving the lives of the Syrian people in Lebanon, providing them with food, winter aid, clothing, shelters and medical equipment.

We will be distributing aid in the refugee camps and to the Syrian people within communities and rural areas.

Please donate what you can afford to, in order for the Syrian refugees to know that there are people who know, sympathise and care about their plight. Help me bring some relief  to the Syrian people in Lebanon.

Please gift aid any donation
