Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham (MiTHN) is a charity that provides mental health services for people living in the two boroughs. 

I've been a trustee for four years now and enjoyed it immensely. I'm running for MiTHN to raise money so that we can continue the great work we do locally including raising awareness about mental illness and tackling the stigma people face.
