Road Victims Trust support of road victims is provided by a team of highly skilled counselling volunteers and staff. The principles and ethos of the RVT reflect a primary and compelling aspiration to provide personal support to all those affected by the trauma caused by serious road collisions.

Story

So,  last year I ran my first marathon and many kind people donated to my chosen charity.  This year i'm going to run 2 marathons in 8 days and I'm raising money (and awareness) of the Road Victims Trust.

The Road Victims Trust is a small local charity based in Bedfordshire that supports the partners, family and friends of people killed on the roads in Beds, Herts and Cambs.  Frankly it is an amazing charity and every county should be so lucky to have something like it.

Both personally and professionally I've seen the devastation that fatal road accidents cause and the work that this charity does to support those affected is humane and wonderful and lasts for as long as people need it.

By sponsoring my run you'll be helping people who are going through some of the worst times imaginable and boosting a small charity that will really, really appreciate it.   You can learn more about their work here:
