James and I are doing this half marathon to challenge ourselves after a difficult year for our family and friends.  This charity is important to our hearts as exercise and encouraging people to get out is great for physical and mental well being! So much can be gained from enjoying a lovely evening walk come winter or summer!

Cancer affects everyone differently and our families have had a difficult time with this over the past year. MOVE does amazing work with people and their families to encourage them to get out and about so when a colleague mentioned fundraising for them it was simple decision!

Training has begun and as we are in this together it really helps! Thanks for taking the time to donate and read our story! It means everything to us xxx
